New OCI - VFS Global Contact Details

Hello Friends,

Need your input if you are aware of VFS customer support contact details preferably email for New OCI services. My payment wasn't successful to VFS due some technical glitch but my card was charged. Wanted to contact them through https://vfs.mioot.com/forms/In/USA/PS/ but request isn't getting submitted.

I am having similar problem submitting on the enquiry form. The page doesn't post. The service is really bad.
