Hi All,
When entering information into the government form, it asks if any of your family members has had an OCI. In my case, my wife has it so I answer "yes". Then entering the details, it asks for Web reference number and date when they applied for OCI. Well, the issue is she was born in the US and applied almost 15 years ago. Is there a way we can find the date when she applied and the reference number? Is the reference number printed anywhere on the OCI card/visa sticker? And what about the issue date? Can we just put in the issue date instead?
Thanks for your help
