OCI renewal after age of 20

My adult daughter is getting her OCI renewed after she got her new US passport after the age of 20. She was a student when she got her last OCI. Now she is working. Should I also apply for change in particulars along with change of passport details on the OCI application?

Yes, You can do all changes together including address change, employment change and passport number change. The government OCI website has widgets to do all this.
