Help with Renunciation

Hi everyone, I am hoping someone will be able to help me with this question. I have applied for Renunciation of my Indian Citizenship and sent over all documents however I got an email back from VFSGlobal asking for name change proof. The issue is my new US Passport has my middle name along with my first name whereas my Indian Passport only has my first name. I am not sure what proof do I send to show that this is not a name change but just my middle name that was added in one but not the other. Any suggestions are welcome because VFSGlobal requires notarized proof within 20 days or I will lose the king's ransom I paid them for renunciation.

We had something similar happen with our daughter's OCI card recently. I called the VFS call center number(available at the consulate website) and a young man was able to confirm what the issue was(middle name missing in a new document versus there in an old passport). He made relevant attestations on our application online(visible internally to the folks reviewing the app at VFS I assume) and voila it moved ahead to the consulate for consideration, which is where we are at now.
