My son has an OCI card issued in 2015 and he got a new passport in 2017 and he has travelled to India since then without any hassle as we used to carry both old and new passports.
With a new rule change it appears that it is no longer mandatory to apply for OCI renewal before age 20, but instead upload new passport details
The government and VFS sites do not have the list of required documents for this scenario under OCI miscellaneous services.
Does any one know what the required documents ? It is so counter intuitive for them , not to list the required documents upfront.
