Hi,
Why is that foreign born child to Indian Parents are not eligible for OCI. Isn't injustice to her / him. PIO has eligibility of 15 years what happens after that once she becomes 15 years. How him/her is going to return to country where no one is taken care of her? What if the child needs the foreign citizenship after she becomes 18years. Has the govenrment thought about it?
I am not blaming you but rather putting these questions to know the answers.
