Change name on PIO Card in UK

I have recently changed my passport to my new married name. I now need to update my name on my PIO card.

What is the procedure for this? What form should I be filling out?

How long will this process take? I have to travel out UK in a month, after which I need to go to India. If the PIO cannot be done in time, can I still enter India with my documents on my maiden name?

There is a Misc services form. You may be able to use that.

It is similar procedure as New
