OCI status unavailable from VFS

Hi,

Does anyone have a contact number or a way to get help from VFS.
My parents had sent their OCI applications, and also received an acknowledgement email, from VFS, more than a week ago. However, when we try to check the status on the VFS portal, it keeps saying "Invalid Inputs". We have called the contact center number listed on their website, but it went to India where they only provide status once the application has reached the consulate. We also tried mailing them at the mail ID on their site, and have not received any response.

I am getting the same “invalid inputs” response now when I check for status online. My OCI application for my child was delivered to VFS last Tuesday. I emailed them and they responded saying the application has not been processed yet. It might take at least a week for the application to get processed at VFS initially.

Yes - i also keep getting Invalid Inputs. However, it seems they are processing. I had submitted OCI for minor (reached 10 days ago) and got an email today for an issue they noticed. I read in some other forum posts that they are running upto 2 weeks behind.

My status got updated today after 10 days to “under-process” and received the email. Did you get an email like this, before receiving the email about the issue on application? I am also expecting to receive an email regarding a declaration page issue.
