Hi,
My passport is due for renewal in July 2011. I live in Boston, MA. I would like to renew my passport in Indian consulate, New York. I have couple of questions -
1. Is it better to submit the documents in person and pay for same day return service instead of mailing them? I am fine travelling to NY and pay additional fee, I just to make sure I receive the new passport in predictable time.
2. My I-140 is approved, do I need to provide any documents related to that for passport renewal?
