Passport Name Change

Hi All,

I need your advice. My name on passport is

Given Name: Harbhajan
Surname: Dhingra

While my name on my employment letters, graduation and other school certificates is

First Name: Harbhajansingh
Surname: Dhingra

I already have business visa and work permit stamped. I travelled and never had any problem.

I am planning for immegration. My question is

Is the difference in first name as stated above is acceptable to immegration authorities?

Is there any way I can declare that both name belongs to me and Such declaration acceptable globally?

If at all I get my name changed on the passport, I think I have to get my visas redone.

Suggest the best way.
