File reference number for VFS

I was missing a document when I applied for OCI from the US. Now I am attempting to upload the missing document, however, I have to enter a "File reference number (on Govt. Portal)", which is supposed to be 12 digit AlphaNumberic. Where do I get this from? I tried using the ARN number (which is just numbers with a "-"), but received error message stating it was Invalid. I believe it starts with USASV then few numbers. You should have received an email or you should have downloaded the application.
