Hi all - trying to complete my application for OCI. My spouse is an Indian citizen, I am a US citizen, we were married in the US over two years ago, and we both currently live in the US. We are applying through the NY consulate. I am trying to wade through the mess that is the OCI process, and I'm presently trying to figure out document requirements. Here's what I believe to be required for submission online:
1. Image of my passport, including endorsement pages
2. Image of my wife's passport
3. Apostilled marriage certificate
4. Proof of residence (driver license)
What else do I need to submit?
1. Previous Indian visas?
2. Relationship afffidavit?
3. Employment letter? (presumably this is a letter from my current employer indicating that I am employed?)
None of the other documents listed in the application seem to pertain to me, but I want to make sure I am not missing anything. Thanks!
