Passport reissue fee

Hi,

While applying for reissue of passport through mail the fee is $60.00 ($40 for normal booklet (36 pages) + $20 for delivery of documents through Express Mail), isn't it? I recently got married and thinking to add my wife's name in my new passport. Should I send a money order of $100.00 ($40 for normal booklet (36 pages) + $40 for addition of spouse name +$20 for delivery of documents through Express Mail)?

What are the advantages of adding spouse's name in passport?
