Renunciation of Indian Passport

Hi.. Can someone help with these questions:
1. Is it better to use VFS courier service or not?
2. Is there a option to pay bankers check and have VFS courier documents? On the VFS website, you have to either pay everything online (Renunciation Fees etc + VFS provided courier) or select pay using bankers check and your own courier system.
3. If you used your own , which courier service did you use? What are things to consider while choosing your own courier service?
4. In Govt Form (passportseva) Do you stick your photograph on the form? Two photographs that is to be sent in postal mail, is it additional to the one on Govt Form?
5. Original Indian Passport: Do you need to submit all current and old indian passport incase you renewed your indian passport?

Better to use VFS courier service---AS IT is just impossible and headache with VFS global shitty system-To be on safer side use their fedex courier.
I selected the option of online-which takes care of your payment to VFS for the renunciation fee as well the payment for courier ...Would advise the same because if u go for money order and VFS courier-that wont match---so if you have decided to go to for their courier service then it is must u select the option of paying them the renunciation fees online rather than money order.
I also had the same question of which courier service-since I did not get much input I went for credit card option and used their option of courier
Yes,print that passport seva form and affix ur photograph on it and sign below.Yes some people are saying do not send 2 extra photos(in addition to the affixed photo on form)-but to be on safer side-send 2 extra hard copy of photos.
I believe so,even if your passport is renewed -u will have to send them ur Indian passport for the process of cancelling it,right?

1. Renunciation Certificate that should be filled online - its a pdf document. When i try to enter the date in DD/MM/YYYY is corrects it into American format of MM/DD/YYYY. What did you do in this situation?
2. When you printed the Renunciation Certificate, Did Phone number or Address cut off?
