Proof of Residence

I am trying to contact the NY Consulate for last 4 days but could not get any reply/help. I hope someone on this forum have gone thru this can reply. The consulate webiste asks for proof of residence

DL / Bank Statement / Utility Bill

Do I need to send all 3 or just one is fine. I do not have a DL but have ID and Bank Statement. The utilities are in the name of the Landlord and we rent a room from them.

My wife has only a bank statement but no DL/ID. Will the bank statement be fine?

I will highly appreciate your kind replies and your advice.

(h) Proof of residence in U.S.A (copy of Utility bill OR bank statement OR Drivers’ License) – Applications not accompanied by proof of residence will be treated as incomplete and returned.

copy of one of them should be enough.
