OCI Card timings at Washington DC Indian Embassy

My documents arrived in Washington D.C on 4-7-10, can you please tell me when will I receive it? I have been trying to call D.C embassy but no one picks up. Thanks.

You will have to contact the Indian consulate where you applied. There is no other way.

I have been trying to call them for 3 weeks at least 5 times a day and left 15-20 messages, no body answers the phone and returns the message, so I do not know what to, I have paid $295 with the postage and nobody is helping me after 3 months of application, you were my last hope. I live 3 hrs away from embassy.
