OCI Card eligibility

Hi,

I need some information about OCI card. I am about to get my US citizenship by end of October 2010. I would like to apply for Overseas Citizenship for India. My husband and son are born in USA. My son is 5and half years old. They both have US passport. My father-in-law was born in India but US citizen now. Can you please advise me on how to proceed further. What documents I needs to apply for OCI? Can my husband , my son and myself apply for OCI? If yes what is the procedure, fees for each person and list of documents needed?
