Hi there,
I have enquiry regarding our first baby due to born next year in India.
My husband is Australian Citizen and OCI of India and I am Indian Citizen (Passport of India) and Australian Permanent Resident (PR). We are excepting our first baby next year in India (Gujarat) but can I know:
(1) If we decide to choose Indian Citizen of our baby then how long will it take to get new Indian passport (Ahmedabad, Gujarat)? And after born in how many days we can apply for Indian passport?
(2) If we decide to choose Australian Citizen for our baby who is going to born in India, will it require any immediate Indian visa? Will our baby eligible for OCI of India?
