    APOSTILLED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE - OCI Adult Application in lieu of PIO

    I am filing as an adult in lieu of PIO for my OCI card. I have been married in India, and have a marriage certificate.

    Can someone explain the requirement of 'APOSTILLED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE' in the checklist. I have included my wife's information on the OCI application.

    Do I still need to get 'APOSTILLED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE'?
