Parents on H1/H4 child is U.S. Citizen, are they eligible for OCI?

Hello Sir,

My wife and I are originally an Indian Citizen. We are currently living in USA. Im on H1 Visa and my wife on H4 Visa. Recently my wife delivered a baby boy. We are planning to apply for our baby an US Passport. We would like to know whether my child is eligible to apply for OCI Card. Appreciate your information.
