I want to get ECNR stamp on passport. I have following queries :
1. I have income tax proof for last 3 years (form 16). Will that be
sufficient ?

2. Can I get ECNR stamp in Delhi even if the passport was issued in Bhopal ?

3. How do I get an appointment for the same?
4. What is the typical processing time ?
