Is my PAN card still valid?

I´m a European who was working in India 10 years back. By that time I had PAN card. Now I have stopped working for that company. Is my PAN card still valid even if I don´t live there permanently anymore?

Since recently I also have an OCI card which I was obligated to get since I´m married with an Indian. Do I need to register for a new PAN card?

PAN = Permanent Account Number

PAN is permanent, so yes, it is valid. You just need to update your details - address, non-resident etc.

But, if you have no income in India, and do not expect to file Income Tax Returns in India, then you can just leave it as it is.
