I am going to apply for my child’s PIO Card at the San Fransisco Consulate and am not sure if the current requirements are for 2 photographs or 4 photographs.
Also, I am enclosing a cashier’s check for $205 ( $185 for fees, plus $20 for overnight return mail). Do I still need to send them a return envelope)
