Changing Adress on PIO Card

Dear Sir

One of our Executive is a Sweden Citizen and having PIO Card since he has married to a Indian Women and residing in India.

He wants to Change his addressin PIO Card from Sweden to India Address.

Please advise what is the process to do that?
