Welp! Delay in OCI lieu of PIO atlanta

Application received on 12/14/2021. Current status says "Under-Process". emailed consulate , they mentioned that it was waiting on receipt of clearance. I know somebody who had applied a week later got their OCI last week.
Does anybody has experience with this kind of delay. How long did it take to resolve?
