Minor entry visa - consent letter

Hi,

I and my husband are OCI holders. We are travelling to India with our 1 year old son. We do not have enough time to get an OCI so we have applied for entry visa.

Can I please check if we need to provide consent letter for the entry visa application document? Also, if someone has a template then it would be very useful.
