VFS missing documents and Passport renewal

I submitted my passport renewal on Jan7. VFS Houston. I got an email that they are missing all of the documents except the application form and also they need addition document. I called and emailed that how is that possible they said they will get back to me. After waiting for a week without any reply other than saying my passport is hold, I again send all the documents. Never received an email. Checked my application tracking, says my PR card notarized missing. Even though I send it two times the notarized copy. With no reply again I send again a Notarized PR card third time. They received yesterday morning. Today also they are saying missing notarized copy. I'm in Houston but I cannot got to their Houston office as they don't entertain walk in and phone call only goes to some call center. They have no clue and will not follow up. Also they charge to receive phone call. How can a company be this bad

An update. After not getting any help via email or phone call I posted about this in VFSglobal twitter and I got immediate response. In the end of day VFS contacted me and was able to resolve my issue. Contacting VFS through twitter will help if all other means are not working.
