New Passport w/ married name and Old Passport with Visa stamp

Please advise if there is any problem with a person that has just received her new passport (with her married name) travelling with her old passport that contains her US visa (with her maiden name). The visa expires on 19th August 2014.

Not a problem. Just carry the marriage certificate too, in addition to two passports.
