Hello,
I'm a U.S. citizen, and currently in India on a Tourist Visa. I like to apply for OCI card. The process time is 3-4 months. I have couple question on that.
1) Do you think they will hold my U.S. passport while processing my OCI card?
2) What if I have to travel during the process of my OCI card? Can I? Can I re-enter India?
3) Do I need to apply for re-entry permit also before or after OCI card since the process time is long.
