OCI For Son

I am an Indian national and my wife is french national both living in london for the last 8 years. Both are from Indian origin (Born in India). I have a 7 years old son who is born in london and has French citizenship like his mother. Can he apply for OCI card? Please help me by giving the information at the earliest possible.

Thanks for your mail. I have one question. Do I need to submit my foreign passport at the time of submitting by OCI application form? If not when are they putting visa sticker on my passport? Please let me know.
