We want to visit India but with the new laws, I am very confused. Dont have the old Indian passport, or any copies of green card or the I-130 form. What is the best way to approach this? We became citizens in mid 80's. In one of the previous threads you advise to just go through Travisa. Is a renunciation certificate required to go with the application? Not sure what documents to submit. It sounds like a tedious process. I dont want to be denied the application.
Also when we first came, my kids were on my passport. They are adults now. What do they need to do to get a visa? Thanks so much.
