Renunciation Application Form PDF Not Generating Properly

Is anyone facing this same issue or is it probably just me.
After filling the Renunciation on embassy.passportindia.gov.in, the PDF is generated with the following issues

1) CSS code displayed below the photo.
2) Paste your photo instructions out of place.
3) Generated On ; nothing is dispalyed. Normally the generated date/time is shown here.

Not sure if VFS / embassy will accept this. Anyone facing this issue.

In the last few days, has anyone been able to generate the renunciation / surrender certificate application form PDF on the govt website (embassy.passportindia.gov.in)

For me, the PDF does generate and all the fields are filled in, but there is a noticeable amount of mis-aligned text and the margins are off.
I am worried VFS / embassy will reject the application even for such minor things.
Please let me know if you have been able to successfully generate the PDF / apply for renunciation in the last few days.
