Hello All:
I submitted my application for OCI and got query for name change (middle name removed during naturalization) advertisement requirement and surrender cert.
(1) Can someone share experience about putting an ad for name change in US and India - format, time required etc.
(2) I had my Indian passport stamped CANCELLED right after naturalization. Do I still need the surrender cert? Should I contest or its not worth it and just get it from the consulate?
