Applying OCI for Minor with PIO Card in India

Hi all,

I want to apply for the OCI card for my son, who is 4 years old and has travelled to India with a US Passport and PIO Card.

Is he eligible to apply for the OCI card?

If Yes --> As I understand I plan to apply for the part A of the form online and then apply for the part - B in FRRO office.

Can anyone tell me the list of documents and drafts etc, that i need for the part-B of the process, the documentation on nic site is a bit sketchy?
