Indian Passport Renewal Help

Dear Sir/Madam,

I currently reside in USA,MICHIGAN . My passport has been expired.

I have a few questions regarding my Indian Passport Renewal .

1) Indian Address
My Indian address is changed.I have Indian Drivers License with the new address,When i renew my passport will this proof suffice with notarization

2) Lost passport section
Do i need to fill the Lost passport section(Section 22) in the application form

3) US Address Proof
Will AAA insurance Letter or a letter from my Current Employers HR stating my current USA address serve as Address Proof

4) The total Amount

I just wanted to confirm whehter my total amount is 80$ when i send it thru post

Passport renewal assistance

Hi,

I moved to Texas recently and I realized that I need to renew my passport which is expiring next month.
I have all the necessary documents except for proof of residence. My DL is out of state and I can't get a Texas DL since my Work permit is expiring in Feb (they need that I be on status for more than sic months).

I am living as a paying guest (without a lease) and I don't have any utility bills on my name. I recently ordered for a vonage connection which I think should qualify as as an address proof.

Can I take an Rental agreement from my landlord stating that I've been living in that house for so and so time and that I currently reside there. Will that qualify as proof of residence.

If not I guess the only possibility is to get another utility on my name. Is internet bill considered as a utility bill?

If you could please guide me through this it'd really helpful.
