Dear sir/maam
I would like to apply for poi card for my children age 11 months and 8 years ,both holding US PASSPORT . my older one is born in india while we were visiting india and was issued her US PASSPORT in india after her birth .my question is I am holding a 10yrs visa for india and am a US CITIZEN after naturlization.my indian passport was never returned when I applied for the indian visa.so at this point of time can I still apply for a PIO Card for myself and my childeren .If yes what document will b required?
My wife is holding indian passport and is valid.
