Minor OCI expiredcan I apply for entry visa

MY child is 5+and her OCI expired I want to apply for entry visa instead but when I try applying entry visa its asking info on previous visa and OCI not an option there. Can I apply for entry visa for minor when OCI expired. has the parents consent letter for minor notarised or just signed off

OCI does not expire - it has life-time validity.

I assume you meant that the non-Indian passport associated with the OCI expired, and you got a new one for your kid. In that case you can just update the OCI details online with the new passport details.

Once you have submitted the new passport details on the Indian Govt's OCI services web site, your kid can travel using the OCI card with the new passport. There is no restriction on travelling and you do not have to wait for the submission to be accepted or approved.

HI Arkaa I submitted my minor's passport updated for OCI online after 10 months of her new Australian passport issuance a week ago.It was submitted successfully but i got email today

"

What should I do now as passport updation says rejected for OCI Minor. Can I travel with my child to India in next month. no reason was mentioned
