Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself and my wife are Indian citizens staying in Lucknow and we have a daughter who has American citizenship. After staying in the US for four years we returned to India for good on June 20th 2008. My daughter (now she is 5yrs old) came on a multi entry visitors visa. Her visa is expired and we want to know whether she is exempt from registration as she is a minor. If not please guide us what to do next. I hope you will kindly address my concern.
