Unable to find OCI govt Reference no on VFS website

Hi Guys
I need some help and input from you guys. I am applying for reissuance of OCI for my minor daughter as she got her new passport. I already filled my online application at OCi govt website and they give me reference no which starts with USANxxxxx. My application has already acknowledged by competent authority. But when I am filling online application at VFS they are unable to find my reference number. Can you help me what to do next? Thanks in advance guys!

Try using the old OCI reference number - the reference number of the last OCI. You may be able to find it in the forms when you filed last time. I remember having this issue when I did my renewal.
