OCI foreign spouse timelines

Hi guys,
I applied for my wife's OCI under foreign spouse program at CGI vancouver on Sept 11, 2022. On BLS website it says pending status with a side note saying the consulate will contact her.

Since it's been over a month and haven't heard anything from CGI was wondering did anyone recently submit and can share timelines. Also are they doing virtual or physical in person interviews now ?

I have also applied for my wife oci under foreign spouse category. We are scheduled for in-person interview in NY state. It got updated in few weeks after submission of application. May be you should send an email to your nearest consulate.
