    OCI Application for minor - Parent's VISA

    Hello,

    I am applying for the OCI card for my newborn. One of the required documents is a valid VISA for parents. I am currently on OPT, but my F-1 Visa expired in Jul 2022. Can I submit my EAD card and OPT-I20 as proof of a valid VISA?
