OCI Fee ?

To Whom IT May Concern:

I am applying for OCI for 4 people in the family. I would like to know if I can make one draft in the amount of $1100.00 US (275 x 4) Funds for all of us or do I need to make draft for each one of us?

The members in the family are Myself, My husband, my 2 minor children.

I also like to know if I can courier all the applications directly to Vancouver or do I have to go through VFS office? I would prefer to send it directly to Vancouver office.

Please let me know ASAP, so I know what is to be done.
