My 8 month old is travelling to India for next 4 months and we were wondering if we could apply for his PIO card in India. He hold US Passport and me and my wife hold Indian passports. We are moving from the US to work in China and our son will join us in China after 4 months. Within his 4 month stay in India, I would like him to get his PIO card. The questions I have are
- Can he get his PIO card while he is in India for 4 months
- Where can my parents apply for his PIO card while in India, is there a specific location?
- What is the process for applying his PIO card in India, is it same as applying here in the US?
