Hello. I am in the process of renewing my passport and have a few questions if someone can help by answering.
1) For COPY OF THE VALID STATUS IN THE USA - My visa stamp on the passport is expired, but I do have approved I-797A. Is it enough to submit the notarized I-797A copy or should I submit the notarized copy of expired visa too?
2) Does the marriage certificate has to be notarized or just self attested? Do I need to provide my Spouse's ID (Driving License etc) and does it need to be notarized too?
3) Do I need to submit the proof of Indian address if I am opting for my Indian address to be printed on the passport and if it is same as my current passport address.
