Annex E and Change in appearance form not editable online for passport renewal

Hello,

I am applying for passport renewal, and I see and Change in appearance form are not editable.
Can anyone please suggest of there is a way to fill the form online. Is it acceptable if we fill the form manually i.e.. handwritten forms.

Also, the 2 photos that are required, should we need to send them separately or affix them to the application.

It is fillable pdf...Try opening it in chrome.

Even if Annexure E is editable online, the given space is not enough to fill the address details.

As for Change of appearance form, I don't see it is editable. Please suggest.
