Missing Signature on Renunciation Certificate - Online Upload or Mail it?

Hi - I submitted the renunciation application for my daughter (minor) and post submission, I received an email message that the application is incomplete. One the parent was supposed to sign the application form and I missed it and had my daughter sign it.

We have "Received" your Application however we are unable to proceed with the application due to the following reasons:

1. Additional documents : see remarks

Remarks:
Your application is incomplete: 1. Missing parent’s signature on the last page of Government form please reprint from Government website, sign first and last page and mail to VFS

Question: do I need to send the form in person through Fedex or can I upload it through the following link - scan the form, sign it and upload it?

If they sent you link to upload it, you can upload it else mail it.
