Hey folks, I sent my renunciation application(Assuming the one you fill out on the Passport Seva website) recently along with all the other forms on the checklist. However, I got a response back saying I need to send additional documents because the header is missing from the "renunciation application". Which is weird because I printed it out straight from the PasspotSeva website. The document looked huge on that website and when I printed it, it became two A4 pages(portrait mode). And it wasn't missing any info. So I am kinda confused about what should I send.

Please let me know if anyone has gone through a similar issue. Thanks in advance.
