ECR to ECNR from UK to visit Dubai

Hi there, thanks for the posts on the forum and im glad to be a part of it.

my passport have ECR stamp on it and presently im in UK. my question to fellow experts are: Do I need ECNR stamp for visiting Dubai, either through visit visa or transit visa? if Yes, how can I get this done whilst being in UK.

I would appreciate if someone can shed some light on my concerns.
