Signature on Money Order for PIO Application

Hi,

I am applying PIO card for my wife. I have made Money order using my debit card.As my wife is applicant I have written her name on Money Order. Now,Do we need to sign at the back of Money order ? If yes who would sign ? Me ( that is one who paid for money order) OR applicant (My wife) ?

Does applicant need to sign at back of Money order under "Endorsement Signature" section OR embassy authority will sign there when they encash it ?

The embassy will sign the endorsement to encash the money order.
