Hi,
My baby is 7 months old.He was born in San Diego and I came to India with him when he was 2 months old, on an Indian visa valid for 1 year for him.My husband and I are Indian citizens and have applied for green card.My baby and I are in India since 5 months now and plan to be here for an indefinite period.My questions :
1) Will I need to do an FRRO registration once my baby compeletes 180 days of stay in India?
2) When do I need to apply for a PIO card? Can I wait and apply just before the visa is about to expire or should I do it before he completes 6 months?
3) Will the PIO application require signatures from both parents?
